Terms of service

These terms govern use of the messaging workspace operated by Mydamas ("the operator").

Accounts. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by the operator, and the operator decides who may use the service and on what plan.

Acceptable use. You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and you must comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service when messaging through a linked WhatsApp account. Breaching this may also cost you your WhatsApp account: WhatsApp enforces its own rules independently of us.

The service. The workspace relays WhatsApp messages, can automate replies with an AI assistant, and lets customers book appointments in the chat. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for messages WhatsApp does not deliver.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Suspension. The operator may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way that risks the service or other users.
